NaukariAdda uses layered controls intended to reduce unauthorized access to account, resume and candidate information.
1. Core safeguards
- HTTPS and secure browser headers.
- Hashed account passwords and protected session cookies.
- Role-based access controls, Admin 2FA support and login/audit history.
- Employer verification before paid candidate-data access.
- Versioned Job Seeker sharing consent and Employer Data Agreement acceptance.
- Encrypted database-backup capability and restricted administrative access.
2. Suspected incident response
When a suspected personal-data incident is identified, NaukariAdda should contain the affected access, preserve necessary evidence, assess the affected systems/data/users, rotate exposed credentials where needed, remediate the cause, and document the response.
3. Notifications
Where applicable law requires notification to affected individuals or a competent authority, NaukariAdda should provide the required information within the legally applicable process and timeline.
4. Employer obligations
An Employer or Recruiter that loses, exposes or misuses candidate data obtained through NaukariAdda must stop further disclosure, secure the data, and promptly report the incident through the Contact / Complaint channel.
5. User safety
Users should immediately change their password and contact NaukariAdda if they suspect unauthorized account access. Never provide OTPs, UPI PINs, card PINs, banking passwords or account passwords to recruiters or support callers.
