NaukariAdda collects only the information needed to operate the job portal, manage accounts, prevent misuse, and provide requested services.
Information we may collect
- Name, email address, mobile number and account role.
- Employer/company profile information such as company name, city and website.
- Job Seeker profile information such as city, qualification, experience, skills, expected salary and an uploaded resume when provided.
- Security information such as login time, IP address, browser/device user-agent, verification status and moderation/audit activity.
- Job posts, reports/complaints, referral activity and account activity needed to operate the service.
How we use information
- To create and secure accounts.
- To verify email addresses and Employer accounts.
- To display approved jobs and manage job-posting activity.
- To investigate reports, complaints, abuse or suspected fake jobs.
- To maintain service security and prevent unauthorized access.
Sharing
We do not sell user data. Information may be processed by service providers needed to run the website, such as hosting, database and email-delivery providers, and may be disclosed when required by law or to protect users and the service.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted HTTPS connections, password hashing, role-based permissions, optional Admin two-factor authentication, login-rate limits and audit logs. Uploaded resumes are stored in PostgreSQL rather than the temporary web-server disk. Optional full daily backups are encrypted before they are emailed to the configured backup address. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so users should also use strong passwords and keep login details private.
