Job Posting Rules

Employers must follow these rules before posting jobs.

1. Use real company details. Company name, contact person, location and job information must be accurate.
2. No fake or misleading jobs. Do not post roles that do not exist or hide material conditions.
3. No OTP, PIN or password requests. Never ask candidates for banking PINs, card PINs, account passwords or OTPs.
4. Be clear about pay and work. Salary, incentives, location, role and major requirements should not be intentionally misleading.
5. No unlawful or abusive content. Do not use job posts for illegal activity, harassment, impersonation or scams.
6. Be transparent about fees. Do not misrepresent compulsory charges as guaranteed employment or guaranteed selection.
7. Respect candidate privacy. Use candidate/contact information only for legitimate recruitment purposes.
