Can anyone post a job?

No. Employer email verification and company verification are required before job posting is enabled. Jobs also go through staff approval before becoming public.

How do I report a suspicious job?

Use the Report Job button on a live job. You can also use the Contact / Complaint page.

Can I save a job without applying?

Yes. Job Seekers can bookmark live jobs in Saved Jobs. NaukariAdda currently does not use an application/applicant system.

How is my resume stored?

Uploaded resumes are stored in the PostgreSQL database rather than the temporary web-server disk. Resume downloads require the Job Seeker to be logged in.

Why does a job disappear?

A job may expire automatically, reach the end of its plan duration, be rejected by staff, or be hidden after a moderation review.

What should I never share?

Never share account passwords, OTPs, banking PINs or card PINs with an Employer, staff member or other user.

Does NaukariAdda guarantee a job?

No. The portal provides job listings and moderation tools but does not guarantee selection, employment, salary or Employer conduct.
